Philosophy
Kapiti Memorials is a locally owned and
operated business providing personalised memorials at realistic prices.
We source standard sized plaques and headstone which we keep stock
levels of, and in doing so we are able to keep the cost of the memorials
down while still providing ‘special sizes’ when requested.
Kapiti Memorials began as an in-house
service by Kapiti Coast Funeral Home.
In 1993, Kapiti Memorials was incorporated as a company with the
aim of providing a service that was not just restricted to clients of the
funeral home but available to all. It
has continued to grow since then and has recently moved into new premises
at 9a Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu.
The new premises has an extensive showroom
displaying a wide selection of memorials including plaques, headstones
ceramic photos, and art glasswear. Many brochures and information is
available to take away and friendly knowledgeable staff are on hand.
